Tony Merton Jones (Editor 'Propliner') very kindly provided the following update on the Caledonia 850:- "I thought that you might be interested to know that CA850 landed at Prestwick at 0911 on that day and was a Douglas DC-7C G-AOIE. She departed from Prestwick again at 1043, flying on to Gatwick as CA850 again with just 7 crew members on board, having deposited its passenger load at Prestwick."
