Transglobe LE departed London/Gatwick 1025 routed over Shannon to 53n 15w 1229 F180 53n 20w 1309 ETA CYQX/Gander 1730

Transglobe Airways Britannia 314, G-ATLE
Originally operated with Canadian Pacific Airlines as CF-CZC but returned to the UK on 17/06/1965 for Air Links but their name had changed to Transglobe by the time it was re-registered as G-ATLE. The UK C of A was issued on 12/12/1965 and entered service the following day (just seven days before this log entry). It ended its days stripped for spares at Gatwick in 1970 and transferred to the BAA at that airport for fire training, as in this 1977 shot:-
