Delivered to the Belgian Air Force in 1958 and served with them 'till 1976. Then passed through several civil operators, as F-BYCG, N37778 and ending up with Bayu Indonesia as PK-BAX. It was withdrawn from use after 1981 at Jakarta and subsequently used as 'DC-6 Aero Restaurant' at Bogar, Indonesia.
