Unlike regular North Atlantic jet traffic, the Concorde supersonic routing's were fixed, with the westbound track being assigned 'SM', hence SM15w would be 50° 41'N 15°W and the remainder of the routing was as follows:-

SM ......50° 30'N 30°W
SM ......49° 16'N 40°W
SM ......47° 03'N 50°W
SM ......46° 10'N 53°W
SM ......44° 14'N 60°W
SM ......42° 46'N 65°W
