This machine started life with KLM as PH-TFD in May 1950. It was later re-registered PH-LDD with the same airline in 1954. It was subsequently withdrawn from use and stored at Schiphol, Amsterdam in March 1960. Probably looking like it's similarly stored sister ship PH-LKP (L-1049G), see below:-

 It joined CAUSA in November 1963 and was again WFU and stored at Montevideo, Uruguay in 1968 and then sadly broken up in 1972.
