RESCUE 53 remaining in area with a radius of 60 nautical miles from 43n 40w from 15:01 'till 16:00, returning to base via the same route at F270, returning at 16:00. Flight advised that Shanwick is 'working' the RRR1102 on 5638 and so RESCUE 53 changed to this frequency from 5610.
